Inspired by Dante’s La Divina Comedia and his journey through Hell, this Vermouth di Torino Superiore defies the traditional boundaries of Italian Rosso Vermouths.
Blended from equal parts Dolcetto Red and Cortese White Piedmont wines, we have developed this orginial recipe to deliver a modern an intriguing taste.
You will be seduced by its intense ruby red colour and its fruity nose with hints of red berries, cherry and orange.
It’s bold personality will provide a rich and full bodied experience with well balanced herbal and citrus notes and a fresh and mildly bitter finish.

9diDANTE continues to pay homage to Italy’s greatest poet. Taking inspiration from the second stage of Dante’s journey as he climbs Mount Purgatory, this Vermouth di Torino Superiore is set to redefine the appreciation for Extra-Dry Vermouths.
As the first ever vermouth to be blended exclusively from 100% Arneis DOC wine, PURGATORIO continues to pledge 9diDANTE’s commitment of putting Piemonte wines at the heart of its vermouths.
With an intense personality and unusually full-bodied for an Extra-Dry Vermouths, it has a distinct floral nose that preserves the characteristic pear and apricot notes of the Arneis wine, complemented by a balanced sensation of lemon peel, sage and mint, to ensure a refreshing and mildly bitter sensation

Blended from Nebbiolo and Cortese wines in refreshing and surprising Rosé Vermouth, PARADISO reinforces 9diDANTE's commitment to putting Piedmont wines at the heart of its vermouths.
Onion-skin in colour, with a distinct citrus nose of grapefruit that perfectly accompanies the traditional raspberry and star of anise notes of Nebbiolo wines. PARADISO perfectly balances fruity and herbal notes, with highlights of mandarin, rosemary and cocoa.

A LIVING LEGACY
9diDANTE is the brainchild of Alex Ouziel, under the experienced mentorship of famed Master Blender Mario Baralis. A product made possible by a chance encounter that has developed into close friendship.
Having learnt the Art of Vermouth over 30 years of guarding the secrets of the original Carpano and Antica Formulas, Mario has been happily retired in the Piedmont hills for 20 years. He never saw himself creating a new and original vermouth formula until he crossed paths with Alex and they started discussing how artisanal Piedmont craftsmanship could inspire the taste of a new generation.
