Each day, freshly cut organic sugarcane from Pindorama’s farm is ground to produce this exceptional cachaça. The meticulous approach ensures that every bottle of Pindorama Cachaça Clássica carries the pure, unadulterated flavours of the land. Pindorama is highly committed to sustainability, and their distillery makes use of pioneering technology, such as a boiler powered exclusively using sugarcane bagasse.
Pindorama’s distillery, located in the historic Coffee Valley of Rio de Janeiro, operates from 19th-century facilities surrounded by over 100 hectares of preserved Atlantic forest. This natural environment contributes to a distinctive fermentation process, enhanced by the region’s heat and humidity. The purest water, sourced from a natural and protected spring on their property, is used in the production, adding to the drink's purity. The result is a cachaça with a fragrant, fruity flavour and a deep connection to its Brazilian heritage.
Pindorama Cachaça Clássica embodies Brazil’s diverse cultural history, blending traditional methods with modern quality standards. Free from additives and accelerators, its organic sugarcane juice ferments naturally with yeast derived from non-GMO, organic corn. The distillation process discards the initial and final liters, preserving only the 'heart' of the cachaça.
