JAPANESE GIN, THE FIRST GIN MADE WITH JAPANESE BOTANICALS

Japanese botanicals supporting the juniper are individually distilled before they are blended into a spirit of refined taste.

  • Refreshing yuzu peel, aromatic shisho leaf, toasted white sesame and sansho pepper spice are carefully selected to create a dry, crisp gin with green notes that perfectly capture the aromatic subtlety of the Japanese palate.

  • APPEARANCE: Bright, crystal clear

    NOSE: Light, elegant, fresh green notes with gentle underlying pine / juniper

    PALATE: Dry, Light bodied. Delicate, yet immediate, fresh green notes (shiso) and juniper. Soft, rounded light body with gentle (sansho) peppery spice and lifted warmth from well-integrated alcohol and citrus (yuzu) notes
