APPEARANCE: Bright, crystal clear
NOSE: Pronounced, vibrant fresh elderflower
PALATE: Sweet, full bodied. Immediate, pronounced floral elderflower with electric vibrancy gradually gives way to a surprisingly complex juniper base note; the gin revealing itself with a long and lingering finish. Sweet, but not sticky, excellent integration of sugar and soft alcohol
