The world’s first gin collaboration with Cambridge University

Alongside the Botanical Garden’s Head Curator, we carefully hand select ingredients

Curator’s Gin is a rarefied expression of the secret treasures of Cambridge University Botanic Garden.

Under the expert supervision of Cambridge University Botanic Garden's Curator, rare botanicals were harvested and distilled individually to create a unique gin.

  • Fresh lemon lavender, ginger rosemary and even crisp apples from Sir Isaac Newton’s tree combine to produce an outstanding gin as floral as it is intense.

  • APPEARANCE: Bright, crystal clear

NOSE: Medium+ intensity floral notes of lavender and rosemary

PALATE: Dry, light bodied, floral and herbaceous notes of lavender and rosemary with moderate intensity. Complex base notes with subtle spice and gentle citrus providing crisp, elevated aromatic profile with a lingering finish. Moderate, well integrated alcohol
